Lori Woodard-Hoyt

Lori Woodard-Hoyt, Practice Administrator,
Interim Surgery Center Administrator,
Director of Business Development and Marketing

As a consummate professional, Lori Hoyt has dedicated the last two decades of her career to healthcare. By nature she knows the answer or can get the answer to almost anything, but luckily for the physicians she has worked for, her passion is improving the delivery of healthcare services ahead of schedule, with a high standard of care and a focus on their bottom line.

Standard of patient care and the latest training are always top priority for Lori; however, she demonstrates leadership in and outside of the clinic.

Throughout her entire career, Lori has served as a knowledgeable source for numerous physicians and operation managers. For four years, she worked for a busy medical practice services company to strengthen relationships with physician clients. For seven years, she managed operations for a large Obstetrics and Gynecology Practice as well as the startup and administration of a medical spa in Southern Maryland.

From human resources to marketing, Lori has successfully served in a variety of management roles.

Lori's insight and management experience coupled with 14 years of working for the United States Air Force in worldwide locations have shaped her character and helped her master adaptation skills in fast-paced environments.

After guiding many physicians towards their goals - whether that involves the startup of a new practice or recruiting the most qualified staff - Lori has learned which strategies are powerful, what systems must be in place to achieve specific goals, and how to reach specific objectives.

Lori holds an A.A.S. degree in early childhood education,  and a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing.  She is a certified laser technician as well as a certified surgical technician. She is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery; the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management and of the Communications Committee for the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties. Lori serves as the current Vice President of Clinton's Club, a childhood cancer awareness non-profit and is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Rutherford.
